Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis with the following disclaimers:

• We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes or results
• We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party systems or services

However, we are committed to providing professional services that meet industry standards and will work diligently to resolve any issues that arise.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackBridge's liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
